We purchased a block of land in the beautiful Serenity Waters subdivision. We only had a small window of time to get the deal over the line and the team at Mercer & Cooper knew exactly what was needed to get things done quickly. Matt spent a lot of time negotiating some special conditions on our behalf with a great outcome. We look forward to building a dream home on a dream site. Thanks everyone.
